INDUSTRIAL VALVES TRIVAL
One piece body fully welded design, carbon or stainless steel, PN 40 and PN 25, DN 15 – DN 300 (now already up to DN 800 PN 40 full bore, trunnion mounted-on request), connection: flanges, welded ends and threaded (up to DN 50). For temperatures up to 200°C. Suitable for hot water, oils, air, natural gas, propane butane, some chemicals etc. Perfect tightness and long durability thanks to the floating ball design and spring semiloaded seats from carbonized PTFE. Maintenance free. Closing function in the standard and special regulating and control closing alternative with the W-cut curve in ball. Optional operating: lever, manual gear box, electric actuator, pneumatic actuator, hdraulic actuator (NEW!!).

VEXVE BALL VALVES
Three piece body heavy duty design, carbon or stainless steel (forgings and castings), stainless solid ball. PN 100 in DN 10-50, PN 40 in DN 50-150. Maximum temperature up to 250°C depending on the material variety. Seats available from: PTFE virgin, PTFE glass fibre, PTFE Carbon, PEEK, Delrin, Vespel – high durability against temperature, pressure and chemical aggressive load. Fully dismountable design, all parts can be replaced quickly and easily. Connecting: welded ends, socket ends, threaded ends (BSP, NPT), flanged ends on requirement. Available lever operated, with pneumatic actuators, electric actuators according to the wish of customer. Ideal for steam, condensate, hot water, air (even hydraulic), low vacuum, chemicals, ammonia gases, gas mixtures, cruel oil derivates, oils etc.
